Ayermich has simplified the lines and added rich, warm colors and backgrounds to the images. Each suit has a different background color: rose (cups), blue (swords), green (wands) and greenish-yellow (pentacles). The major arcana and court card titles are in French. Roman numerals are used for the card numbers.
