The Problem with Murder
A very easy read but I struggled to take this book seriously. I compare it to a romance novel in terms of complexity. As a local, I was part amused and part horrified at the references to local characters. Stereotypes with little depth or complexity.
Finally, the Blue Mountains is the scene for a delicious tale of adventure, mystery and a murder or two, that had me hankering to drive on up and scout out the local area again. A fun read and am keen to see more in this instalment. Yes please!
I'm absolutely flattered that Michael Duffy has written a book about some of my adventures in our little town. I never thought when I first spoke to him that he'd be so interested as to record some of Katoomba's dark secrets. About time!
